Pen Assembly Automation
MA’s platform solution POLARIS DDD for Drug Delivery Devices Assembly, such as Insulin Pens and others, offers a flexible production platform that guarantees highest quality. These devices are meticulously manufactured on MA’s platform at over 100 ppm utilizing XTS transport systems to offer maximum flexibility through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous assembly. Configurations of these platforms also offer a phased approach to allow scaling up from semi-automated production to fully automated capability.
Medical Devices
CORVI IM platforms achieve the highest production output in the smallest footprint with integrated Vision inspection (AOI) for guaranteed quality. While CORVI Focus offers optimized solutions for dedicated applications (e.g. blood collection tubes), CORVI Flex provides a modular, scalable base with swivel function, support for stacked mold and IML Applications. Both CORVI platforms run on proven linear motor drives with low wear, minimal maintenance and lowest lifecycle costs.
