MAKBLACK

MAKCAC

MAKTAL
MAKTALC is an advanced talc-filled polypropylene (PP) compound that offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional engineering plastics, while maintaining comparable mechanical and thermal properties. This compound features extremely fine talc particles with a high aspect ratio, enhancing its reinforcing capabilities.
MAKNOX
MAKNOX is a specialized antioxidant masterbatch designed to address thermal degradation issues that can arise during polymer processing or throughout the lifecycle of the finished products. Such degradation can manifest as changes in the polymer melt flow index, development of odors, brittleness, and yellowing. MAKNOX masterbatches incorporate both primary and secondary antioxidants, functioning as heat stabilizers to effectively prevent these issues.
MAKSTAT
Many plastics naturally accumulate static charges, which attract dust and particles to their surfaces, potentially reducing the efficiency of film manufacturing and packaging processes. MAKBLOCK
MAKBLOCK masterbatches serve two primary functions: they prevent the inner surfaces of bags fromv sticking together, ensuring easy opening, and create a microscopic roughness on the outer surfaces of bags to prevent collapsing in stacked formations. Additionally, in film and sheet applications, MAKBLOCK enhances the winding and unwinding processes of rolls, and in thermoforming applications, it aids in the efficient denesting of thermoformed articles.
MAKSLIP
MAKSLIP masterbatch is designed to reduce the coefficient of friction (CoF) in polyolefin film applications. This slip agent facilitates easy opening of plastic bags and streamlines the filling process of powdery products. Additionally, in molding applications, MAKSLIP can be utilized to achieve controlled torque release properties for screw caps and closures.
MAKRTL
Roto-lining, or Polymer Lining, represents a top-tier corrosion protection technology, offering exceptional defense against a variety of aggressive substances such as crude oil, saline water, wastewater, and highly corrosive chemicals including acids, alkalis, oxidizers, solvents, and salts. This technology can be applied to carbon steel pipes, spools, flowlines, fittings, vessels, and various process equipment by forming a protective internal polymer coating or lining with a thickness ranging from 2 to 11 mm, enhanced with corrosion-resistant additives.

Taking into account all the necessary requirements and standards, MAK Sohar has developed and manufactures drip tape compounds using its state-of-the-art production machinery and high-quality raw materials. This ensures improved thermal stability during the manufacturing process at high temperatures, as well as excellent color even in thin final products.
MAKComp 110-GM
MAKComp 110-GM is an ideal choice for the most demanding geomembrane applications. This product combines high tensile strength and chemical resistance with excellent stress-crack resistance and low temperature properties for a highly reliable containment. It can easily be molded and welded together, and its UV stabilizers improves its weather resistance. This product meets the GRI - GM13 standard.
